Question: I tried downloading but can't get it to work at all.
Answer: First try downloading the Rich Text File (.rtf) file. If that doesn't work, try downloading the text file. If this works, then the problem is with your word processor, not your browser. If it does not work, your browser likely does not support FTP download.
Question: I tried downloading the text file, but it just appeared in my browser window.
Answer: Some browsers format .txt files into the browser window instead of downloading. If your browser does this, try right-clicking on the link, then choose "Save Target As…" and then save it to your hard drive. You can also copy-and-paste the text from the browser window and save it in your word processor.
Question: I tried everything and nothing seems to work
Answer: Go to our Web-based resume and copy it directly from the screen. It's not pretty, but it will get the job done.
