Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to
join our growing vaping industry ! In this energetic role, you will be the face
of our company, actively engaging with potential clients and managing existing
accounts to drive business growth. Your proactive approach and strong
communication skills will help expand our market presence, foster long-term
relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team. This

Duties / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop
and manage relationships with vape shops, smoke shops, and
specialty retailers
- Identify
and onboard new wholesale accounts
- Conduct regular
in-person store visits across the territory
- Present
and educate retailers on product lines
- Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor
market trends, competitor activity, and retail feedback
- Maintain
accurate account records in CRM
- Coordinate
with internal teams for order fulfillment, marketing support, and
promotions
- Represent
company at industry events, trade shows, and retail activations
Qualifications
- Proven
experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track
record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong
management skills with the ability to handle territory management and
account oversight effectively
- Excellent
communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals
confidently
- Familiarity
with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking
and analysis
- Knowledge
of marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer engagement
- Ability
to conduct product demos with technical proficiency and clarity
- Demonstrated
ability in analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and customer
needs
- Customer
service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
