Workers’ Compensation Claims Processor – Entry Level
Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office, remainder telecommuting)
Salary Range: $23-$27/hour

What You’ll Do
 Review, evaluate, and process workers’ compensation claims with accuracy and attention to detail
 Gather, compare, and verify information from employers, third-party administrators, medical providers, and internal teams for accuracy and to identify discrepancies
 Electronically document claim activity and maintain organized, thorough, and compliant records
 Manage assigned workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
 Contribute to a positive customer and coworker experience by providing clear, concise, timely, and accurate communication (written and verbal)
 Learn state benefits, established guidelines, and company policies related to workers’ compensation claims

What We’re Looking For
 Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in any field; coursework involving analysis, insurance, business, or problem-solving is a plus
 Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-check work for accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks
 Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate, compare, and interpret information
 Self-awareness to understand your strengths and weaknesses when working independently to know when to ask for assistance
 Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
 A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and understand new concepts, processes, and systems
 Integrity, professionalism, and a positive customer approach
