This role is a boots-on-the-ground sales position in Fairfield County / Westchester County, requiring face-to-face interaction with the owners and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage with restaurant owners and operators to sell our AI-powered restaurant management solutions.
  2. Educate clients on how Generative AI can streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and improve profitability.
  3. Conduct on-site product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the restaurant industry.
  5. Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, and on-site visits.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
  7. Stay up to date on AI trends, restaurant tech, and competitor solutions.
  8. Will be trained on Snapmenu product portfolio and equipped with necessary enablement kits to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Preferred to have experience in selling AI based solutions, POS systems, IT solutions for restaurant technology.
  • Strong connect established within customer community with boots-on-the-ground presence
  • Strong network and relationships with restaurant owners in Fairfield County / Westchester County areas are a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex AI solutions in a simple manner by educating the customer community and create business interests.
  • Demonstratable presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are a great plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to keep the prospects continuously engaged and ensure last mile sales closure.
