Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Advocate role, based in Plainfield, IL, involves actively engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The Sales Advocate will assess customer needs, recommend suitable products, and develop long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing sales activities, delivering product training, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to identify and close sales opportunities
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of safety products and OSHA compliance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
