Position Summary
The Family Support Associate (Bilingual) plays a key role in Room to Grow’s mission by guiding families through the "2nd Hour" of their program visit—a dedicated time when parents and caregivers select essential baby and toddler items to take home.
In the Baby Boutique, a welcoming and thoughtfully designed space, families choose from a variety of high-quality, donated items, including clothing, toys, books, and equipment. Your role is to ensure this experience is smooth, informative, and dignified by assisting caregivers, answering their questions, and helping them find items that best support their child’s development and their personal approach to parenting.
Beyond working directly with families, you will collaborate with our Inventory Operations team to ensure a well-organized, accessible, and replenished Baby Boutique. This role is perfect for someone who is resourceful, energetic, organized, and passionate about working with families and young children.
