Hi, everyone. I'm Brian Krueger with CollegeGrad.com and this is The Job Search Minute. A video interview provides you with a unique opportunity that you don’t have in a live interview. Specifically, when you make a mistake you can simply back up, erase, and start over. Practice make perfect. You should practice for your video interview before you sit down in front of the webcam. If you have not yet had a mock interview, now is a great time to do so. When you are recording your video interview, you will have the opportunity to play back your responses, and you will likely be surprised at how you look and sound on the initial recordings. Take your time, restart, and rerecord until you are satisfied. Practice, then redo, until you have a quality, finished product.
