AUDIOLOGIST/Hearing Aid Dispenser

Full Time

Compensation to 150k + 10K signing bonus + relocation expense.

We are a successful, multi-site audiology practice seeking an Audiologists to join our staff in Brooklyn/Queens.

We are seeking a NYS licensed dispensing Audiologist, that understands that people come to us because they can’t hear, and it is our responsibility to help them. If you are driven, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and passionate, then this is the opportunity you are looking for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport with, and review history from patients; conduct audiometric and diagnostic testing.
  • Prescribe and fit patients with appropriate hearing aids based on their hearing loss needs, lifestyle, desires, and affordability.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up care and deliver upon all service commitments to patients including but not limited to assisting customers with the maintenance of their hearing aids repair, replacement of batteries, cleanings, and adjustments.
  • Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments and program hearing aids.
  • Supervise the documentation of patient files with our current EMR system.
  • Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities.
  • Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities.
  • EMR familiarity, Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • The ideal candidate will also possess:
  • Strong sincere interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and an outgoing personality.
  • The ability to always interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.
