POSITION OVERVIEW

Cornerstone seeks a full-time, team-oriented entry level individual to join our Operations team and assist the Chief Financial Officer in management of day-to-day financial and administrative related matters.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with employees’ expense reporting and training;
  • Assisting with invoicing for all client engagements;
  • Assisting with day-to-day financial transactions and recordings;
  • Assisting with financial reporting; and
  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and finance team when requested.

Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software, Microsoft Office suite, and who have previous accounting and/or bookkeeping experience.
