We are looking for high potential graduates to join our Accelerated Graduate Development Program. The program is a 2 year rotation program exposing you to all aspects of the swipejobs business including working inside our customer facing teams, with our Product Development teams, centralized support team and working directly with Senior Executives on strategic projects.

To be successful in the role, you need an ability to learn on the go, show strong initiative to pick things up and run with them, and excel in a collaborative environment. The ability to always connect the nitty gritty detail of the every day to the strategic direction of the business is a key capability and something that swipejobs is founded upon. At a minimum you will need to have successfully completed an undergraduate program in the area of Business, Economics or Science. A strong academic record and experience in Statistics is favorable.

To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following technical skills and experience:

  • Recent graduate qualification in the areas of either Business, Economics or Science (Jan 22-Dec 22)
  • Ability to pick things up and run with them
  • Analytical and critical thinker
  • Good with data and numbers
  • Good communication, organizational skills; including the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
