Job Description (Salary Range $50,000 - $60,000 plus travel bonuses)

Position Overview 

The Software Implementation Specialist is an entry-level position within the Field Services Department. This position involves extensive travel for onsite customer engagements, although more work has gone remote in the past couple of years. When not at a customer site, you will be able to work from home or come into the office if you prefer.

Primary responsibilities include onsite/remote implementations and providing Technical Support when experiencing a high volume of support calls. The Software Implementation Specialist will work unaccompanied on small-scale implementations. For large-scale implementations, the Software Implementation Specialist will work in a supporting role to the project lead or Systems Specialists and Systems Analysts.

Job Responsibilities
• Road warrior travel – averaging around 65%, but occasionally more as needed by customers ($50/Day Travel bonuses are paid when traveling to customer sites)
• Submit receipts and travel expense reports
• Input complete and accurate work logs
• SPD Pro software deployment & systems integration within the scope of a project
• Adhere to and comply with the Insequence policies & procedures
• Submission of daily progress reports
• Develop & maintain project-specific documentation
• Provide end-user & technical training
• Communicate scope changes and custom programming requirements to Project Managers
• Create site-specific and/or product documentation
• Provide customer technical support and enter detailed support tickets
• Prepare & facilitate Support Handoff presentations to support the team
• Interact with 3rd party providers to integrate their machines/products
• Ability to adapt and handle ambiguity and sometimes changing schedules
